It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year since Brittney and Frankie tied the knot. As we approach their first anniversary on November 11, I can’t help but look back with so much gratitude and joy for the role we got to play in their beautiful day. Working with this down-to-earth, fun-loving couple was an absolute dream, and I’m thrilled to celebrate them all over again by sharing some of the special moments and incredible images by Ashlee Noelle Creative from their day.
The Perfect Venue & Guest Experience
Held at the charming Secret Garden at Paradise Springs in Lithia, FL, Brittney and Frankie’s wedding was as scenic as it was intimate. With their closest family and friends gathered in this beautiful outdoor space, they created an experience that was warm and welcoming. Each detail was so well-thought-out to make their guests feel special, from the on site sleeping accommodations to the neon-lit lounge for those relaxed & candid photos.
A Vendor Team That Made It All Happen
We couldn’t have brought their vision to life without the incredible vendors who went above and beyond; truly we sourced and secured some of the best in the industry for their big day.
Starting the day bright and early, the talented Ashley Webb with Boho Babes team worked their magic with the ladies’ hair; and boy did they really knock it out of the park!
Jackie Riley enhanced each bridal party member’s natural beauty with her flawless makeup skills.
As you can see Brittney looked absolutely radiant! The beauty team brought Brittney’s vision to life while remaining calm, cool, collected and up beat on Brittney’s wedding morning.
With laughter and camaraderie filling the room, Frankie could enjoy time with his closest friends and family before stepping into his role as groom. Dressed in a sharp black tuxedo and classic bow tie, Frankie looked like a well-polished groom as he shared final adjustments with his father and laughs with his groomsmen.
Brittney’s first look with her father was a heartfelt and memorable moment that beautifully captured the bond between them. As her father waited with anticipation, Brittney approached, looking radiant in her gown and holding her bouquet. When he turned to see her, they embraced with such joy and emotion, sharing a quiet moment that was just for them. Adding to the intimacy, Brittney carefully placed his boutonniere on his lapel, a small but meaningful gesture that created a special connection between them before heading off to see her groom. This tender moment gave them the chance to pause together, reflect, and share in the excitement of the day ahead.
“A moment that’s stands out to us most is our first look. Having that intimate moment before the craziness of the rest of the day was, looking back, a must,” says the bride.
There was a lot of deliberation on whether Brittney and Frankie wanted to do a first look. This came as a recommendation because I just KNEW they were the type of couple who would appreciate more time together on their wedding day.
Ultimately, they decided it would be a meaningful way to start their day together. Their choice led to one of the most emotional moments of the day. As Brittney approached, resembling a boho princess, Frankie turned to see his bride, and the emotion was evident. They shared a heartfelt embrace, with Brittney wiping away tears of joy as they took in this intimate moment together. The setting provided a serene and private space for them to pause, breathe, and fully soak in the start of their wedding day—just the two of them, ready to say “I do.”
A year later, Brittney & Frankie don’t have regrets doing a first look.
Frankie said, “I don’t think it took away from the moment walking down the aisle. But it didn’t show my true reaction to everyone else since I already saw her. I would recommend it to another couple of you are looking for a more personal, private moment together.”
Brittney said, “I don’t regret it either, it was truly one of my favorite moments. And it honestly helped get a lot of nerves out before walking down the aisle. We will never really know how it would have felt to not do a first look. But it does feel like it helped me be able to really take in walking down the aisle more, instead of maybe blacking out haha. I would recommend doing it because you get 2 really great moments instead of 1!”
Before the ceremony, Brittney and Frankie chose to capture their portraits together, embracing a serene and joyful atmosphere that set the tone for the rest of the day. A highlight of these photos was the inclusion of their beloved pups, Louis and Lola, who looked dapper in their wedding attire. Working with FairyTail Petcare was an absolute dream—they handled all the details to keep Louis and Lola comfortable, happy, and photo-ready, allowing Brittney and Frankie to enjoy every moment with their furry family members. Photographer Ashlee Noelle beautifully captured these intimate moments, with her editing style enhancing the natural tones and adding a warm, timeless quality to each image. The result was a set of portraits that perfectly reflected the couple’s love and the joy of having their pups by their side on such a special day.
One of the most delightful parts of the evening was their adorable dogs, Louis and Lola, walking down the aisle and making a few cameo appearances. Huge thanks to FairyTail Pet Care for ensuring they were part of the day, stress-free and picture-perfect!
Emma the Harpist set a beautiful atmosphere at the ceremony, creating an ethereal vibe as guests arrived. The couple’s recessional was set to “Love Story” by Taylor Swift—a fitting choice for a couple whose love story feels just as timeless.
Brittney and Frankie’s ceremony was a perfect blend of love, laughter, and heartfelt moments, led beautifully by Ceremony by Crystal. Pastor Crystal is a true master of ceremonies, guiding each part of the ceremony with warmth and grace. Her ability to balance emotion with lightheartedness brought out the best in the couple and their guests, making everyone feel connected to the moment. From Brittney’s walk down the aisle with her father to the heartfelt vows they exchanged, the ceremony was filled with smiles, tears, and genuine joy. Under the natural canopy of trees, with florals adding warmth to the backdrop, Brittney and Frankie’s “I do’s” were a true celebration of their love story, made all the more special by Crystal’s expert touch.
Because of Pastor Crystal, Brittney & Frankie both agreed that their ceremony turned out better than they had ever imagined!
“Of course we were so excited to say “I do”. But it turned out better than we expected. We had an AMAZING officiant, Crystal, who helped perfectly create our flow. She was also hilarious, but at the same time professional. Seeing our guests for the first time was also a moment you may not think about before hand. Seeing everyone you love sitting together was an amazing feeling!” said Brittney.
The Design
Brittney and Frankie’s wedding at The Secret Garden of Paradise Springs was an unforgettable blend of earthy elegance and warm, romantic touches. From the outdoor ceremony under the canopy of trees to the thoughtfully curated reception details, every design choice reflected their personalities and created a celebration that was both beautiful and welcoming.
Warm & Earthy Florals
The florals (by Shy Chic Boutique) throughout Brittney and Frankie’s wedding brought a rich, earthy feel to the day. Their palette of rust, ivory, and dried textures perfectly matched the natural setting of The Secret Garden of Paradise Springs. Warm-toned roses and dried foliage decorated the aisle and arch, creating a soft, organic look that blended seamlessly with the venue’s lush surroundings. This color scheme felt like a love letter to fall, adding depth and warmth to each moment, from the ceremony to the reception.
Thoughtful Outdoor Ceremony Setup
Brittney and Frankie chose an elegant yet understated setup, letting the surroundings shine. Black chairs and minimal decor allowed the vibrant landscape to be the focal point, while Emma the Harpist’s music added an ethereal touch, making the ceremony feel peaceful and timeless. This outdoor space truly captured the couple’s easygoing personalities and created a serene, magical atmosphere for their “I do’s.”
Elegant Table Settings with a Bold Twist
At the reception, the tablescapes were a true showstopper. Black charger plates paired with cinnamon-colored napkins created a modern yet cozy look, while the greenery-filled centerpieces added a touch of natural beauty. Each place setting was styled with care, bringing together a look that was both elegant and inviting. One standout detail? The playful “Get Lucky” cards tucked into each napkin with a scratch off ticket—a fun, cheeky touch that added a little personality to the decor. It was these small details that made Brittney and Frankie’s wedding so memorable and unique.
Romantic Lighting and Greenery Accents
Inside the reception hall, guests were welcomed to a playful mix of table shapes and styles. The draped ceiling lights cast a soft, warm glow that transformed the space into an intimate gathering spot for guests. The lights gave the room a cozy, romantic feel, turning the large venue into a comfortable, inviting space for the evening. Greenery-lined table runners, dotted with flickering candles, provided by Shy Chic Boutique brought in natural elements that tied the decor back to the outdoor ceremony. This use of greenery and candlelight created a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces, adding to the evening’s enchanting vibe.
DIY Elements
Brittney and Frankie’s creativity shined in their DIY details, adding personalized touches to the day. The “Newlywed Times” newspaper-style program was a favorite among guests, giving them a fun and nostalgic keepsake with all the wedding essentials. This special touch not only added charm but also showcased the couple’s sense of humor and style. The handcrafted wooden signage, with its natural tone and white script, kept the decor cohesive, from the unplugged ceremony sign to the seating chart and farm house reception tables. These elements were a beautiful way to make the celebration feel uniquely theirs.
A Harmonious Blend of Modern Elegance and Natural Charm
Brittney and Frankie’s wedding design brought together the best of both worlds—modern elegance with a touch of rustic charm and a tiny dash of “boho”. The warm, earthy tones, thoughtful DIY elements, and romantic lighting set the stage for an unforgettable day that felt perfectly “them.” From the fun touches like the “Get Lucky” cards to the intimate outdoor ceremony, every detail was crafted with love and intention.
Party Time with Graingertainment & Sweet Memories
Graingertainment kept the energy high throughout the night, with Antonio as DJ and a lively sax and drum combo adding something extra to the evening’s festivities. With an open dance floor that had everyone on their feet the ENTIRE night, Graingertainment brought the beats that kept guests partying long after the sun went down.
Live entertainment can create personal touches which stand out to your guests! “We had a harpist during the ceremony and cocktail hour. And a live band to accompany the dj during the reception. Our guests loved this!” Exclaimed Brittney
Culinary Delights & Sweet Endings
The team at Amici’s catered a delicious buffet that gave everyone a taste of Brittney and Frankie’s style, a perfect mix of family love and laid-back fun. For dessert, they opted for an unannounced cake cutting, ensuring the focus remained on the celebration rather than a formal spectacle.
The delicious cake was a modest, 3-tiered cake produced by Allie Cakes in her amazing cinnamon cake and filled with a cream cheese filling.
Closing Out the Perfect Night
The evening concluded with a sparkler exit, which was a truly magical end to a day filled with love and laughter. Watching Brittney and Frankie surrounded by family, friends, and their four-legged kids was an absolute joy and a testament to the supportive, tight-knit community they have around them.
Over the last year, Brittney and Frankie have made many memories with each other and their loved ones! Several cruises and an EPIC Halloween party were honored to be invited to. When I asked them what their favorite memory from their first year as married couple was they said, “Our honeymoon!! We went to Europe the next summer after our November wedding. It was truly a once in a lifetime experience. We cruised the Mediterranean and shared so many amazing experiences together. We brought back some wine from Greece made from volcanic soil and plan to open it on our one year anniversary!”
As we’ve reflect back on this incredible wedding planning day with Brittney and Frankie, we asked them a few questions…
What advice would you give couples planning their wedding now that you’ve been through it?
“Some advice we’d give to other couples planning their wedding is to try to clear your schedules as much as possible a week before the wedding. It can get quite busy, so putting some time aside to relax for your physical and mental health is key! Also, it’s your wedding. Don’t be afraid to say “no”,” says our happy couple.
We wish Brittney & Frankie a marriage full of love, laughter, happiness and companionship! It was an absolute honor and true joy to be the planner to bring their vision and vibes to life for an unforgettable day!

“Words cannot explain how AMAZING Brittany Bauer is. We started our planning process a year out. There was never a time I dreaded talking to Brittany or felt anything negative. She truly goes above and beyond for her couples. She flawlessly executed the wedding day and somehow was everywhere all at once. If she didn’t have to work my wedding, she would have had a seat!” – Brittney & Frankie
